Before becoming a real estate broker, I spent 11 years as a sales director in a large Québec-based company. Those years taught me far more than management and numbers. Most importantly, they taught me how to work with people, listen, guide teams, and make important decisions when the stakes are real.
On a daily basis, I dealt with high expectations, complex situations, and decisions that required calm, sound judgment, and reflection. Over time, I developed a natural leadership style, the ability to quickly analyze situations, and a negotiation approach that is thoughtful, composed, and effective.
Today, I apply that same approach to real estate. I support my clients with professionalism, transparency, and respect, always taking the time to truly understand their situation. Whether buying or selling a property, my goal remains the same: to help you make the right decision, at the right time, with complete confidence.
